To protect the residents, owners and renters. It's that simple. The Sanctuary at Key Largo is one the most unique communities in the Keys thanks to the vision of its developer. So Lauren if you have a beef with us for insuring our residents live in a community that treats everyone equally per the State of Florida Statutes, so be it. "This place is very beautiful with many amenities. However, certain members of the board, who are also property owners, run the place like tyrants. Look out for a man named Randy who is constantly patrolling the property to find something "wrong". He is also unfriendly and makes it uncomfortable to live here. If you are thinking about renting here, look elsewhere. The owners treat the renters like a subspecies of human, and make it known that they are not really welcomed here."
