"Quiet and gated entrance with many amenities. The units are spacious. The landscape, pools, tennis courts, bathrooms, boat ramp, lighting, walkways, etc are all well maintained. There are also grills (propane) and smokers for open use in common areas. You can fish from the shoreline and clean or filet the fish on one of the wash stands right there. Great view of the bay which in my opinion is better than ocean side because of the calmer waters and sunset views. I also liked that there is a park right next to the complex for walking/running which also has views of the bay. This place is a hidden gem."
"Relaxing residential site. Well kept grounds and marina. Homey feel with plenty of outdoor amenities including pools, grills, picnic area & benches for perfect sunset views. Friendly and welcoming residents."
