"This the third apartment I’ve had and its been the best with the ease of moving in! Carlos specifically has been an amazing help with always responding quickly. He even made sure to place my new internet box in my place before I got there. The maintenance team has been amazing too getting things done the next day. Everything about this place is pretty great. There is only one issue which is the visitor parking. The resident parking is amazing. But there’s only like 20 spaces shared between over 100 people for visitors. So people are always waiting for a spot. I feel like they could rearrange things and use some of the resident outside parking to double the visitor spaces. I hope they do something to solve this but that one inconvenience isn’t worth taking a star away. Its a great place in a great location!"
"This place is the last idea of “luxury” I prefer not to share the photos of feces all throughout the hallways on this platform but I will talk about the poor quality of community management that has taken over! Please whatever you don’t sign here it’s horrible and not worth the price. Very messy and poorly ran, the are always cops here every day making the community feel unsafe, major parties throughout the week so there is not concept of relaxation, overall would not make the choice to live here again"
