"Went to a friend's house over there. The apartments look decent on the outside. I saw a lot of roaches inside and she's extremely clean so I'm assuming they're in the neighbor's house as well. She said that the mgr. had somebody spray but the bug guy only sprayed the kitchen. It looked kind of old and dilapidated in there but the rooms were large."

"These apartments are very nicely kept inside, and the outside isn't bad at all. It's not fancy but certainly not a dump. I have friends there, that even without rental assistance, can afford to pay. $1068 for a perfect sized one bedroom apartment, have 2 ppl split the rent that's like water and trash included only a separate electric bill."

"This apartment complex is scary. The top floor apartments all flood when it rains because the roof doesn't overhang or have gutters. Water just pours in under the door, into the carpet, causing mold. There is a serious bug problem. The walls are so thin you can hear everything and smell what your neighbor is cooking. Their website says they have a "River view", that's a no. Also has a picture of people laying in the grass, they don't have grass. But the biggest issue is that there's no one to help you. This property is constantly changing hands from one corporation to another so that no one has to take responsibility for any of the serious issues with this place. The residents are working class people who are too afraid of losing their security deposits to complain to the county about the multiple code violations, so it just keeps getting worse."
