"EXTREMELY POOR MANAGED AND UNSAFE! This property is a ⚠SEVERE SAFETY HAZARD⚠ For Seniors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only FOUR (4) Handicap ♿parking spaces for a building of 96 residential units. Considering that ALL of the residents are Seniors and the majority cannot walk without assistance, or FAR for that matter, the remaining FREE parking spaces should be assigned with closer access per unit. There's nowhere near the entrance where the residents can load/unload their own groceries/belongings safely. Instead they have to carry their things from where ever they parked, go through the main entrance, then to their unit, however many times necessary from their unit to their parked vehicle and back. The Main Entrance has very HEAVY glass doors, of which frail Seniors barely have the strength to pull open, especially with any items in hand, such as groceries. It's EXTREMELY difficult to open, and almost impossible for them to get through the HEAVY glass doors with a Walking Device such as a cane or Walker, without the doors pushing them and easily knock them off their feet. ⚠SEVERE SAFETY HAZARD⚠ NO Maintenance on the property to fix anything in tennant's units, landscape upkeeping, or maintain the property clean in common areas. For being a "New Building" The carpet in the corridors, (common area to each unit) reeks with severe stench making it difficult to breath when walking out if one's apartment. This place is very nice on the outside, but it's VERY UNSAFE FOR SENIORS. If the Rating scale would go below ONE STAR⭐, my rating for this place would be MINUS FOUR (-4). Not quite (-5) because on the surface from the outside, looks nice,..........from a very FAR distance."
