"They are absolutely no help, and are very unprofessional. Called for a week and was on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes each time. I am given the run around by employees being told to email and call back at a later date. I spoke with a female employee her attitude was horrible. 0/10."
"One towers is an awesome place to live.. I live in a studio, I really love this place.. fully furnished with all the facilities. And we have quality common amenities like play area, gym etc.. Happy to be part of this community. And the location is just amazing very close to FIU main campus and walkable distance to Engineering campus. FIU shuttle service , freebie and Doral trolley are accessible. And we have good parking space for cars and bikes"
""I could not be happier with staying at The One - a clean and sleek studio apartment, all the amenities you could want, and a transparent resident portal that leaves no questions unanswered. This may seem like the bare minimum, but this has been far from my previous experience with FIU housing. I will be staying in this space for two years and will enjoy every minute of it.""
"Everything about this place is one big fat inconvenience. If you can afford to not live here don't do it. These people are lazy. The windows randomly don't close, wifi and AC is always acting up, parking is expensive, they always want to threaten a fine about every little thing. The trash chute is far. They use a 3rd party to deliver packages which is extremely inconvenient. The only thing working for them is how close they are to campus. They try to sell you on the pool, I am seriously who cares about a pool. They have a phone number you can "text" but they never answer. And the staff at the front desk moves slow. No sense of urgency. I hate this place."
