"This place is gorgeous outside but poor construction you hear ever noise from all neighbors in all directions. Trust me avoid this place its the worst experience I have ever had. Lenard home cut corners and didn't put insulation on floors or walls. Plus the smell from the waste station 2 blocks away are disgusting and toxic Not worth it you will thank me if not I warned you."
"You hear everything contactor didn't put insulation can hear everything I mean everything paper thin walls and if you live with someone on top of you you will hear every foot step. This place is a nightmare."
"Amazing place for s family peaceful and quiet. I love to have the natural reserve so close because it cleanse the air. Of course at sometimes there will be a small smell in the outside of the waste central but it's minimum and never inside the apartments. The amenities are from a 5 stars hotel with a gigantic and beautifull poll and a profesional Gym. If you like to ride bikes or hike there are about 6 different routes, every esencial stores it's at walking distance."
"The smell of the waste recycling plant is very unpleasant, there’s never a parking space , cause some people they won’t move their cars out of the guest parking, only one park space assigned , and the worst is the quality of the construction itself, where if you live in the second floor and you have a noise neighbor you will listen everything he does upstairs, and I mean everything!!!! Every step , everything I just can’t wait to move out of here , also you are obligated to sign a contract with atnt for the internet and tv service cause they don’t allow Comcast if you have T mobile forget about having signal"
