"The place is nice but too much bureaucracy to get in, plus all kind of things that you cannot do, it doesn't feels like a community"

"Not recommended. In the gate the guards, special the lady in the mornings is a rude and a very disrespectful person. Community doesn't respect visitors with old age people, babies or disabilities. I don't recommend this community if you are planning to buy in Tower 1. The visitors have to park in the back which is ok, but if you are coming with a disability person or you have kids and stuff to pull out of your car, they don't let u park closer to the apartament even if the parking space is for the person you are visiting. You can't take somebody with disabilities or babies because they will ask you to walk from the back to the apartament. Even if u come with babies and packages. Please recheck all the community rules before buying"

"Don't live here unless you want to hear your neighbors and music at all times of the night/day. No one respects parking spaces, so much so that tenants have to block off their spaces with a cone! There's a person that runs their own car wash business at the back of the complex and blocks the right lane with cars and their van. There's no leasing office to call and complain to or voice any concerns. We will definitely be moving as soon as the lease is up. None of the windows come with any blinds/window treatments so expect so spend a butt load of money to get some privacy."
