In my 8+ years in Miami, I've experienced numerous management transitions, but Rebecca and her dedicated team, including maintenance and security, stand out as the best I've ever encountered. Rebecca, as the property manager, has been the driving force behind the positive changes at Hidden Lake. "I moved in the 18th of last month… it’s only been 1 month exactly today and the fire alarm has gone off three times. Twice in the span of this week alone. Mind you, extremely loud sounds all in the middle of the night from 11:30pm-6am. When asked for an explanation they simply don’t have one for you. No action done to fix it or information to reconcile the tenants. Extreme poor management."

"We have lived at Hidden Lake since June 2022. The building and its management has been in disarray until now. Rebecca, the present Manager, and her team are performing an amazing and exceptional job. Andres and the maintenance team are very efficient at repairing and maintaining the much needed issues that the building has had since the beginning. They are challenged with issues everyday and they deal with them in an extremely professional manner and are always very cordial and receptive to everyone's needs.
