"Stay as far away as possible. This neighborhood is run by crooks who do not care about there residents one bit. They do not answer the phone EVER, so even if you have a simple question or god forbid an emergency you are forced to take time off work to go to the office and deal with somebody in person. They have no level of respect for there residents. They will change the parking spots labels over night WITH a car parked in it, so they have a reason to tow you and gain money from it. The washing machines are NOT to be trusted, as mine exploded with water in it and they did not have a explanation or show they cared one bit. GUESTS have to pay for parking just to visit you as if this complex is in Brickell. The elevator is broke every single week and there is a trash everywhere, not a clean look. Take your money elsewhere."

"Very quiet community to live; very well maintained. The leasing office Team are so professional and as soon as you enter the office, they make you feel so welcome. Janice and Raul always there to help you. Same thing I can say of the maintenance team. They are very friendly and always take care of your work orders quickly. Thanks!"

"I don’t recommend it here. Specifically because of the parking system. they charge you $100/month for your car, and if you want to park near your building you have to reserve a space for an ADDITIONAL $150/ month. that’s $250 per month just to park. it’s ridiculous- you pay the mandatory rate of $100/month for nothing because if you get home any later than 5 pm you find no spaces open and you have to walk a mile to your building. There’s no efficient regulations and why are they charging for parking spaces as if we live in brickel- it’s a suburb. UPDATE: called the office and the parking situation is exactly as I described. as you can see in photos there’s not enough parking spaces that you have park on the curves. and you are PAYING $100/ month to park and $150/ extra if you’d like to reserve a parking space."

"So far ….. I don’t like living here . I’m surprised that this place has so many good reviews to be honest. First of all, the only thing that looks like somewhat Luxury is the clubhouse that’s how they get you but once you actually become a tenant this place becomes far from luxury . I will be providing photos. The walls are paper thin. I can hear conversations from other tenants in my bedroom. Unfortunately I had to place my couch against the interior wall due to my other neighbors blasting techno music all times during the day. The hallways are beyond disgusting as you can see in my pictures . They do not clean them at all. It smells like garbage most of the times . I’ve expressed this concern countless of times and no one does anything. The pictures were taken during different times. Visitor parking is free from 7a-7p after 7pm visitors have to pay to park and good luck on Saturdays with getting visitor parking and if they park in regular parking they will get towed at their expense. I have the view of “mount trashmore” unfortunately , so expect to smell it after it rains. The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because Jazmin and the maintenance guys have been the best and are overall very professional and friendly . But maybe this review would get the attention of whoever may be able to resolve my concerns."
