"Simply stated, this is home. I’ve been here for 4 months and it’s been nothing short of amazing. The management staff has been attentive to all the residents needs and improvements. Luis during my initial tour took all the time to walk with me and show me such beautiful units that I fell in love with. I bumped into another tenant who was transferring to a larger unit and voiced her love for the building to me during that same tour. The staff has been helpful and always keeping the halls clean. Jessica always addresses any of my slight concerns and truly hears and advocates for my thoughts. 10/10. So glad to call this home."

"Please steer clear of this building. I moved here four months ago, and living here has turned into a nightmare. A month ago, my car was stolen from the parking lot on the 6th floor, despite the supposed security measures and the presence of police cars. The building management can only offer apologies, and everything remains unchanged, even though we pay $50 per month for parking. Considering the apartment prices, it feels like a scam. The surroundings are littered with dog poop and urine, creating a constant stench. The apartment architecture is odd, with doors conflicting with various elements – the closet with the toilet, kitchen doors with the refrigerator and dishwasher. This is my second apartment in the building, thinking it was a model-specific issue, but the problems persist. Additionally, something is always broken, be it doors, fogs, or elevators. The building faces a car wash and 40th Street, resulting in constant, unpleasant noise. On the supposedly better side where my apartment is located, there's a warehouse. Starting at 6 am, I'm awakened by the sounds of forklifts, and whistles. At night, the lights from the warehouse shine through the curtains, making it uncomfortable. Even if you have numerous valid reasons for feeling unsafe and want to cancel the contract, be prepared to pay a fortune. I can't wait for my lease to end I strongly advise against falling for this scam!!!!!."

"Highly recommend living here. Luis was extraordinarily amazing while moving in and Lisdrey has been a dream while moving out. Thank you for keeping our environment clean and safe. The maintenance crew is top notch. I will miss living here but I relocated to another city or I would have stayed another 15 months.
