"I laugh as I read the other negative reviews about this place, because I know those reviews are true. I laugh even MORE when I read management's responses to those negative reviews, because I know those responses are false. Management here does not even know how to follow the applicable laws surrounding their own profession, which, to put it bluntly, makes them grossly incompetent and unprofessional. I must have reiterated to them hundreds of times that I was being harassed by my roommates. Their response was to facilitate a "meeting" with me and the offending roommate where the roommate didn't even show up but insulted me in their presence over the phone just for them to threaten me with eviction. Haha, you want to make legal threats? Two can play that game sweetie ;) I called an attorney through my employer's Employee Assistance Program who let me know those legal threats were BASELESS, that as a tenant having signed a lease I had LEGAL RIGHTS in the State of Florida to a safe and habitable living environment. I let them know over email that from that point on I was documenting in a written log every incident of harassment and that I refused to meet with them in person ever again, that all communications had to be done in writing. Even after I insisted all communications must be done in writing, they still had the audacity to acknowledge me at the front office and in the hallways and call me on the phone. When I emailed them asking them to stop, they LIED and claimed they never acknowledged me... When they are caught on THEIR OWN SECURITY CAMERAS having spoken to me. Their complaint was that allegedly I left "messes" in the apartment. The "messes" they allege I left in the apartment belonged to the three other women who lived in the apartment. I even provided evidence of this along with evidence that the offending roommate was being dishonest. Their response was to cancel my renewal, since I let them know I am aware of my legal rights and they were not about to get away with filing an eviction. Thank you for cancelling my renewal :* That was so sweet and considerate of you. I terminated my lease early with an outstanding balance for May rent. Since these people are not legally savvy, the balance and the foolish fees for early termination are sitting around unpaid. I now live in a beautiful, clean, and safe place on the other side of the country. Management can wipe their behinds with that unpaid bill for all I care. Management's incompetence is truly laughable, and worse of all, is that it is FULLY endorsed by their corporate office! When I complained to the corporate office, the regional manager Ben Martin made some absurd offer for me to terminate my lease without any early termination fees. I knew from the start that offer was useless to me, and I was absolutely, unequivocally correct judging by how they have not extracted a dime from me since I decided to stop funding their backwards operation. You would have made more money off of me by conducting yourself like a competent and respectable landlord. I have had many landlords over the past 10 years that I have been renting in 3 different states. Never has ANY landlord I have EVER had done such a poor job."

"This is going on day 3 of trying to dry out my flooring from the flood due to what you call "water intrusion" on Wed of this week. I'm unable to sleep with the constant noise of the fans and horrid mildew/mold smell of the floor. Besides the smell, the baseboards of 3 walls of my room are still wet and warped from the water and my window casing is separating from the wall. This is a big problem! I have asked several times what "THE PLAN" is and no one seems to be able to give me an answer, including the maintenance crew supposedly doing the job. WHO DO I NEED TO SPEAK WITH TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE!!!??? THESE ARE UNINHABITABLE LIVING CONDITIONS! WHAT IS GOING TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS!? I am with-holding rent next month if nothing has been accomplished and reporting unhealthy living and building conditions to the building code compliance to issue a citation. This is unacceptable! ** Don't sign a lease with these people if you value your health and well being. Building management doesn't care about you because their offices are halfway around the world in Singapore **"

"The PE firm that owns this place doesn't really care about the building. The elevator certifications for this building have expired since July 2022 and haven't been renewed which I find negligent as they obviously haven't passed inspection but not to the point of disallowing it to operate. How about spending a little bit to make it compliant? The general maintenance of the common grounds and the building itself is subpar. There is a lot of new supply in student housing nearby with better amenities that has been newly built, for not so much in additional monthly dues for the lease. Refrain from coming to this property and instead lease in one of the other nearby options. Water leaks into the last floor when there is a strong rain. This has happened several times. The pool area finally got done after 3 years of delays, yet its not an environment where people would really enjoy. A survey has been recently sent as to why people have not renewed, as to voice their opinions about the matter. Well, people vote with their feet."

"If I could give this place no stars I would. First and foremost the building has a FLEA INFESTATION. My cat who has never left my room randomly got fleas which I had to take care of myself which meant bombing my own apartment. The hallways and elevators smell like animal feces and urine. The elevators are expired and the fire extinguishers were up until 3 months ago. The pool was under construction for 2 years and the gym equipment was falling apart yet they charged full price on “amenities”. I was kicked out of my parking spot for months due to construction. When I went to the manager about my issues they shrugged it off and said there was nothing they could do about any of this. This place is run down and taking advantage of college students who are just living in apartments for the first time. Overall, a disaster and a very gross place to live."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The management does not care about its residents and living here is awful. There is constantly dog poop and pee in the hallways, elevators, and staircase. It is understaffed and there is often nobody working at the front desk during the hours they should be open. They sold our unit when we had reached out to them about renewing our lease and were in the process of signing, and tried to force us to move to a different unit that would be more expensive. The pool was not operational for about a year and a half that I lived here. They will kick you out your parking spaces with only a days notice. They constantly enter the units. They charged me $300 after moving out for minor damages and cleaning. They take forever to fix anything, sometimes maintenance requests will be marked as resolved when no one visited the unit. When we had issues with a fire alarm we were advised by staff to "put a bag over it." When we had issues with the included wifi we were advised to buy a router. During move out there were mountains of garbage in the garage and it took weeks to be cleaned up. They will test fire alarms at 9 in the morning, and essentially take any opportunity to screw you over. They are crooks who take advantage of college students with no experience living in an apartment. Do not move here you will get scammed!!"
