"I lived here for two years after moving to Miami. Nice lobby and Mediterranean features, nice staff. Tenants are noisy, there was dog excrement on my floor multiple times as well as dogs (Perros) yelping at all hours of the day. Package room was disorganized. Nice exterior but interior (upper floors) needs renovating. Needless to say, I moved to a sister property nearby."

"STOP DONT loose your time here . It’s only Instagram pictures and internet face reviews . 1 year living here and I don’t recommend . Bad smell . A lot dog pupu in all over the place. Bad service and rude service . You have to pay for everything and nobody follow the rules . When you complain they offer to cancel your contract because they “are full waiting list” and that’s is not true occupancy is getting down due the bas service , elevator not work 2 for months . Management thinking they are the owners and can do what ever they want."

"As a former resident of this condominium I tell you DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIVING THERE. Everything is deteriorated, people spend their time having pool parties and they leave everything dirty and NO ONE DOES ANYTHING. Not to mention that the floors are dirty all the time, the hallways smell bad and the arrogant attitude of those who work in the office is FATAL. They use an excuse that they are going to renovate everything and in the meantime everything falls apart. Packages get lost because there is no space and when you ask what's happening they say it's the residents' fault. In June, the elevator was damaged for 1 month and when I went to ask the question, the girl told me that it was the fault of the residents who damaged it and that the part had not arrived that she could no longer do anything about (all this in a rude tone). The only ones who serve are Marco and the other man who doesn't remember his name. I had a bad experience there and I hope to never return."

"The staff & leasing office was great to work with, Diana got my application and with in I think a few hours or a day I had heard from her after documents submitted I was approved within a day or two and started getting into the process of finalizing everything made the process extremely easy and simple. I had applied for two other buildings and was extremely disappointed with them & non responses having me wait a full month after my application and not sending lease. So I really appreciated how fast I was treated at Windsor, Diana worked super fast through everything. The attention from staff really sold me, & the bedrooms are huge compared to other places."
