"The best thing is the view. I face South, you can see the planes take off and land. The location is ideal, especially if someone does not drive, we are in the middle of everything you could possibly want or need. Please be AWARE, this place is infested with mold. They do not fix the problem and only have the cleaning lady wipe it down. Ernesto is the best employee that they have here, very pleasant and delightful. When there is s maintenance issue, management is quick to take care of it. Negative- some neighbors like to party til the AM hours."
"Truly if i can give this apartment zero stars i would ! each person can only have 1-2 parking tickets and while the ones that don’t have to cross the street which gets very busy and that’s very risky in my opinion. The moment you even walk into the elevator you’re already sweating. Also tow trucks try to take your car before 12am which is ILLEGAL. Idk how this apartment has 4.4 stars y’all must of gotten paid to lie that much."
"Great place to live in the center of Hialeah. The manager, Margini, is like a friend to all residents, and maintenance takes care of anything that comes up the very same day."
"My mother lived in those apartment for a Year and she deliver it in a very good condition , they checked and everything was good. That was on July 28 of 2019 and until now she hasn’t received her deposit????? I haven’t seen anything like this in my entirely life ???? Really bad management , who can do such a bad thing like that too a person ."
"Very good apartment with amazing location. I've never had a problem with noise. Balcony is nice although i rarely use. Overall, great apartment and i feel very comfortable."
