"Overall a safe neighborhood with nice residents. Very available to assist with broken appliances. Parking is an absolute nightmare for both guests and residents, however. Even registered vehicles belonging to residents get towed if not in the driveway or garage. Very difficult to have guests over since their cars needs to be separately registered on a daily basis. Also the leasing office is closed / locked for any issues other than for new leases. Very difficult to get problems resolved as everything has to be done via email."

"This place cost me so much money for what the offer, the gym is dirty, pool is nasty, this place make me feel that I am living on a very poor place but not in Doral. I am still here because if I move out they will charge me 2 month of rent but if you like a quiality service for what you pay, do not move here. horrible place to live in Doral"

"We are moving to Camden Doral Villas tomorrow 11/10 and this review is for the leasing consultant that assisted us through this process, Alma. Alma has a very kind and welcoming demeanor. She was very informative of our available options and patient as we took our time walking through the showroom for the unit we wanted. During our time there we had questioned about the floors and if the unit we chose had tile or newer laminate floors and she immediately got that information for us. We were a littLe bummed that it had the tile floors but ultimately moved forward with our lease because the unit was available when we needed and it had the balcony we wanted as well. Alma was extremely helpful doing everything to ensure we had the best move in day options and was clear on what we should expect from the community. We received our welcome email yesterday afternoon and Alma surprised us by letting us know they were able to install the laminate floor we liked so much and ensured us the rugs in the home all had a deep cleaning as well. We are so excited for this and grateful that Alma assisted us through this process. One last thing I would like to add is along the way we had some assistance from two others on the days Alma was out, both ladies were equally helpful and kind. One thing that made a huge impact on our decision is that so many homes had great decorations out for Halloween. While this may seem silly, what it meant to us is that we are moving into a festive community likely with many young families which is perfect since we also have kids. We can’t wait to move in and start enjoying life in the Camden community!!"

"Beautiful. Safe. But - Constantly dealing with issues. Gates are ALWAYS broken. The main complex trash compactor has broken again. Pool is often dirty. And now our truck has been towed for the second time, even with a parking permit. Staff are great, but office staff are only here two days a week. No access to printer Sun to Thurs. See and avoid. Furious at this point that Camden isn't holding up their part of the lease."
