"The apartments are in very poor condition. Roaches and mold in the hallways. Trash shoot always full. Garbage in the halls. Washer and dryers constantly out of service. Guard gate just let's people through without question. Building management does not respond to maintenance requests."

"My car was illegally towed WITH BOTH MY CHILDREN'S CAR SEATS. Our registered vehicle was in repair for two weeks, and we let security know. We had a borrowed vehicle in the meantime and informed security who told us that we either needed a visitor pass each day or that we needed to register the car. They also said we were "fine as long as our registered vehicle wasn't also in the parking lot" Each time we tried to go register the car, the supervisor wasn't there. His hours clash with our work hours and we can't just take a day off for something that takes 10 minutes. Security let us in everyday without giving us a visitor pass, knowing FULL well our situation and that we are residents. Still, after two weeks of having no issues they placed a warning label on our car, and then on the SAME DAY that they placed a warning label, they proceeded to call the towing company which came and took our car, which had BOTH OF OUR CHILDREN'S CAR SEATS IN IT. My husband had to miss work, and miss his pay for the day, to go get my legally parked car and pay $200 to get it back, plus pay for the uber. Spoke to management, but they said its not on them because the security team is hired and is a different company. Spoke to the supervisor, and he said there's nothing he can do."
"My mother-in-law has been living here for a few years. Before the pandemic, the place was ok. However recently the people who are moving here are the worst. Not consideration of their neighbors, kids knocking on the doors disrupting the peace, management does not do anything. She has had neighbors complaining to the manager and she has done nothing. This is not a place to live in peace or with little kids since it is not safe when having older kids running around throwing rocks at cars or respecting the road when cars are passing through (I have seen when I come to visit how they do not care)."
