Palmera Apartments

"This is the worst place I ever lived in Miami. For the price we pay: The alarm is "faulty" and randomly activates (today it went at 2:30 am), if you have an EV you're lucky if it doesn't get towed away, noisy neighbors any day in the early morning, the walls are paper-thin, everything can be heard between apartments, zero privacy, the vehicle access gates are faulty, "lost" packages within the community, the lease assistants practically feel they own the place, so in case of any complaint, there won't be a solution, just the law of adapt or leave, and many more things that I'm discovering as I spend my days here. All I say is OVERPRICED."

"I helped my daughter rent an apartment at Palmera which she has been at for almost 2 years now, and have had nothing but a great experience. The staff is wonderful: Harold, Mariana, Mariela, Jose etc. They have helped us out with anything and everything we have needed. The facilities are all well kept and in good shape. The residents are very friendly and the staff is professional. If you are looking for a new apartment in a great location look no further!"

"Do not rent here! They had my car towed from the building. It was charging. Police was involved. It was an unlawful tow. Towing company said the leasing office requested it. I waited physically 2 hours at the leasing office to talk to the manager and he would not see me. He never spoke to me, even when he was not in meetings. I never got an answer on why my vehicle was towed. Sign at the front says welcome home, this place is the last place that will feel like home. Also, if you work 9-5 and have a pet forget getting any maintenance service because they only work 9-5 and will not go into your building with a pet. My closet light has never been on since I moved and can’t get it fixed."

"I had the pleasure of touring the beautiful Palmera at Doral & it didn’t disappoint. First of all the staff are very friendly & cordial. Yahoska was very helpful & accommodating to my schedule to give me a tour of the property. The place it beautiful with plenty of amenities to entertain friends when they visit or just relax. The apartments are very spacious with lots of floor plans to meet anyone’s budget & they are centrally located. I would recommend this property to anyone who likes luxury."
