There’s a humongous pool with a Jacuzzi and almost gives you the feeling like if you’re staying at a resort because it has daybeds around the pool. And Everything is extremely close by And one of my favorite things is the store that is inside the community so it’s very convenient"

"If you’re thinking of moving here, I would suggest that you don’t. The rent is way higher than what the apartment offers. The shared laundry is always broken so they you will have to use multiple floors, the parking lot is a mission to get parking and when it rains you better not have a small car. The stairs always smells horrible (piss) and the elevators always need maintenance."

"If you plan to live here there are better places. 3 weeks ago, 3 cars parts were stolen leaving them useless including mine, and no one in the condominium has contacted us or been concerned about what happened and no one is going to answer so everyone has to use their own money to pay for repairs of more than 4,000. The only thing they say is to report to the police because there are no cameras and we can't do anything, the security chief simply didn't care and continued his other conversation, he simply said "yes, that's what they took three cars on the same night" the security It's terrible, they have a lot of older people working who only spend their time on their cell phones and open the door to anyone. They never ask for license plates or information about where they are going, so any thief comes and does whatever they want. You cannot bring guests to the social areas and in the entire condominium the only place that has unnecessary security is the pool, they do not let anyone in and they remove all the people even if they are guests. You should do the same with the security at the entrance. The invasion of cockroaches is horrible, no matter how clean your house is, there are always cockroaches. Each floor has a laundry room which never works, you end up washing in the laundry room across the street. If you are a person who works late into the night, your nightmare begins because there is never anywhere to park. If it rains, get ready to experience the Milton River. It is also not safe to leave packages at your door because they are being stolen at the moment and if you call the office to ask if they might know something they respond rudely, that is why the residents are placing cameras on the doors, because people come to steal and no one going to tell them nothing. Don't live here, the residents have just started living and want to leave because what they offer you is not what it is. The emergency stairs are always dirty and smelly, don't look for housing here, select carefully and don't waste your time and money and if you don't want your house or car to be stolen and no one responds, In each of my situations I called and they never cared, they have terrible customer service don't live here!!"
