"Very nice apartments from the outside to the inside very spacious and clean and modern I just moved in but seems like management is on top of things and answers every time I call I have no complaints besides the one problem they cannot control lazy people not picking up there dog poop in the pet areas other than that very solid and quiet"
"Here’s a real honest review no bull. This is a nice community apartments are nice amenities are solid. People a nice for the most part. But this may be the WORST parking set up I’ve ever seen in my life. You have to pay for a parking pass to get in the gate, but anyone can use a code and come and go as they please. I often find myself looking around the parking lot realizing that more than HALF of the cars in the lot are not registered. So if you ever have a late night of work forget it you’re going to be most likely walking at least a 1/4 mile to get to your apartment due to the parking situation here. Absolutely ridiculous and needs immediate reform. That’s my honest opinion."
"This community appears to be beautiful, and aesthetically it is, however the mindset of most of the residents, an unfortunately the management and staff, finds nothing wrong with dogs pooping in common area hallways without anyone cleaning up such an insanitary situation. In fact staff refuses to correct such an unsanitary situation and property management ignores multiple emails. They're a dirty q-tips in the common area hallways, litter, garbage cans of prior residents left in the hallway for over a week, plus this community will nickel and dime you and refuse to provide any documentation supporting alleged costs. More and more of the residents English is a second language if that."
