"Great, beautiful, and peaceful community! Josephine was very nice and very helpful. She was really good at explaining the works and information of the rental process. Gorgeous pools, awesome and convenient community gyms and even a tennis court. Loved the place and can't wait to move in!"

"If you can stay away from this place, then do so! If you have no other options then it is what it is. Angie Finch “property manager” is very unprofessional, rude, entitled, racist and homophobic. I’ve been in this community for 4 years or more, I’ve seen about 3-4 different staff crew working here since i started living here. Up to now this has been the worst property manager and staff. Everyone should be treated with respect and equality and specially when you follow all the community rules. Unfortunately it is not the case here. Today I went to the office to arrange a service to take care of some humidity issue there’s in the apt. From that issue she started mentioning some complaints about our emotional support dogs. As I stood there talking about the situation, she simply didn’t like what I had to said and kicked me out of the office. At this point I’ve contacted Cynthia Alvarez, regional manager and unfortunately she’s not available but I made sure to leave her a voicemail to get back to me to see if we can figure out what can we do, because I do not want to deal with a racist, entitled, unprofessional and homophobic “property manager”."

"So im just moving in and the process has been easy and Josephine has been great I explained my situation and she offered me some options and explained each one. Josephine also showed me the cozy apartments and ammenities on the property, I will definately be enjoying the pool and the gym which looks like they are new the gym also has a free weights section, i dont have a gym membership so this will definatly come in handy thank you Josephine for being nice"

"If I could give absolutely no stars, I would because that's what this place deserves. My man and I moved here in 2020 and it was our very first place together so we were excited and we liked how simple the apartments were as a fresh start. Of course we knew it wasn't going to be luxurious because of the area and the history, but throughout the 3 years we were there it became increasingly clear how garbage it is. Every day there was a different smell outside and inside our place and we couldn't ever pinpoint it. The air conditioning is not central, so you will be hot. They use these econo air conditioners and the one that was in our living room area was leaking into the wall for who knows how long and the wall was completely rotted. I had to use a pan to catch dripping water out of it and it would overflow every night so I always had a puddle to clean in the morning. We told them many times about it and they never paid anyone to come repair our WALL. There's so much moisture coming in that my posters were bowing on the wall. We found ourselves struggling to breathe while sleeping. After changing ownership and the hurricane they "renovated' the apartments and they did such a sloppy job NOTHING is finished or fits right, the appliances were thrown in and there's spaces that clearly show that. It doesn't even matter that they're new because the place itself is such a garbage can. It's like they're trying to polish a piece of poop. The company that came to do the work left giant pieces of metal garbage in our yard and its still there months later. The buildings are rotting. Every single day I found bugs in my apartment; a major ant infestation and PALMETTO BUGS specifically. If you live here you live with bugs. They are unavoidable. They get into your food in the cabinets so I couldn't store my food in my own home. I had to brace myself with a blunt object every time I went to shower. They leave droppings in your cabinets. No amount of petty pest control will solve the bug problem here. The cherry on top of the really poor living conditions was the fact that the woman in the leasing office taking all of our money was absolutely unbearable to deal with. She is CLEARLY in the wrong line of work because she does not know how to communicate respectfully with another human. All the reviews on here about her are true. The moral of our story is; this place was the worst and we are so glad we moved somewhere worth our money and that will better our health mentally and physically. DO NOT LIVE HERE."

"I love my building, it is located in an amazing spot with the pool and laundry room close by, I appreciate Angie for helping and holding every tenant accountable for things, which makes living here awesome as things that get brought to her attention gets handled. Our community has a mixture of younger and older tenants making it an enjoyable place for everyone."
