"Although I ended up not filling out a rental application with Jade and found somewhere else to rent I was super impressed by Tyler and the staff and all the remodeling they're doing! Tyler was very kind and showed me around and answered all of my questions. Im sure some people might leave less than a 5 star review over something like a fee to apply to rent, however there is not much out there like Jade that is affordable and well taken care of! Tyler, I pray God blesses you for being an excellent employee and putting others first. I was extremely impressed & if you are someone looking for affordable housing near downtown this might be it. :)"
"Lived her for a year. Rent is still affordable compared to other rentals in this area. Jade is close to the center of Naples, hospital, restaurants, community center and beach, and Tyler is definitely the best landlord out there. He's professional, fair and responsive. If there's an issue or a request, he handles it right away. If you can get a rental here, don't pass it up!"

"My family and I have lived at Jade for two years and love it! Very affordable for downtown Naples. The management has been very responsive to requests and issues; which for us can be counted on one hand. The grounds have been well maintained. The location is incredible, 11 blocks from the beach, with a city pool, a park, and a recreation center across the road. Upgrades to the apartment were done without a rent increase associated with the work. It has been a great experience."
