"It is a beautiful place to live and I'm sure it would be a beautiful place to have an event. There are 12 private in suite rooms with a large walk in closet. Everyone shares a beautifully appointed kitchen, living room dining room and pool. It is really a fun place for older singles and professionals to live."

"We had a mini family reunion. A few problems: Pool was not screened in and back door was kicked out This allowed lots of flies in the house. The garbage and recycling were full on day one and garbage didn't go out till we left 4 days later. And the garbage was full of maggots. Pool was green and cloudy. Hot tub was not hot. Water to fill pool smelled like rotten eggs and stank up the whole area when pool was filling. Tap water briny. Not enough forks or toilet paper for 20 people. Good part: A maintenance guy came out and got rid of some of the green in the pool the day of. Its a large house and is great for a 20 person reunion. Two dishwashers, great fridge, and great washer and dryer. Looks like every recent group has had the same or worse experience. So with that information I would suggest don't do it."

"Take a gander at this unfiltered photo of the pool. We were told it was safe to swim in right after it was shocked... I paid a premium to swim in a pool not a chemical bath. This is what it was like the entirety of our stay. We also were charged and not refunded the extra fee for pool heat! There were also various other things amiss such as doors unhinged and a sewer smell from the sprinklers every evening. Posting here after being stonewalled by management. Please take this as a cautionary tale that you may not get what you paid for and do not expect management to step up and make things right."

"If you're like me, you assume most negative reviews are just hard to please people with an agenda. Let me assure you this is the first one I've ever written in my life. The Good: - The place is reasonably nice. We booked it as a place for our wedding party to stay in lieu of booking a bunch of hotel rooms. It cost about as much as a row of 2 or 3 star hotel rooms, and that's about the quality we got. It's comfortable, not luxurious. The Bad: - The pictures are downright misleading. Most of the stuff in the pictures simply isn't there. In most rooms there are only a sad few pieces of tacky furniture and decor in a gigantic space. I could hardly hear the person in front of me over the echoing. - When we arrived the cleaning crew was just finishing up. I assume the previous occupant through quite a rager since the floors reeked so bad of bleach we had to open the windows to breathe. - There are not as many bedrooms as advertised. 3 of the bedrooms are shoved into windowless spaces meant to be closets, one of which is so small they took the door off to fit two beds in it. Also that one faces into the master bedroom so don't expect much in the way of privacy. - The place is on unfiltered well water, which means the rotten egg smell of sulfur. The place had so many sprinklers that when they kicked on each night there was nowhere to escape the stench which felt like the deepest pits of hell. The smell permeated everything. The Ugly: I did not get what I paid for and the Naples Florida Vacation Homes didn't care. - The pool was a lovely puke green on our arrival. We were assured that (lied to) this was merely a "chemical reaction" and that it was fine to swim in, but the pool service would be by later to fix it anyway. Upon closer inspection we realized it was an algae bloom. A few of us were brave enough to try the hot tub, but after spending collective hours trying to shower away the smell of Shrek's swamp nobody dared try it again. - If something is wrong, fix it, apologize, and move on. Nobody came by to fix it the first day like they said. I was told they'd be out the next day. Nobody showed up. I called again, I was told they'd refund our pool heat fee (they didn't) and they'd be by later (they weren't). Somebody arrived the last day to shock it (the day we were all at the wedding), though come to find out later you're supposed to stay out for a day afterwards. Nobody told us. - Their idea of communication is laughable. They assure us they've responded to every one of their inquiries, however each response consisted of either another lie about someone coming out to fix the problem or a link to their review page (with a broken link no less). Fortunately we did our wedding elsewhere, but had we done it here it would have been a disaster. I strongly advise against doing business with Naples Florida Vacation Homes. To the inevitable rebuttal, saying you're sorry for screwing up is an apology. Blaming it on someone else or saying you're sorry I feel that way is not. It's good etiquette to know the difference."
