"We had to move out (over this last summer) due to the prices over any other issues. Staff are very nice and tried to help & the pool area was maintained. However, I can confirm with the other reviews about the roaches, broken gate, trash, and old broken appliances problems. It could be a 3 or 4 star location but the roaches drop it to 0 stars."

"I lived here from 7/22-8/23. The apartments are nice, provide ample space and having a laundry room in a 1/1 apartment is rare. The screen enclosed patios are big. Property is well maintained. Dog park is better than most rental communities in the area. The management staff from Laura to the maintenance staff are all professional and courteous."
"Move in day - the unit was FILTHY. Kitchen cabinets so old plastic came off and raw wood. Kitchen sink broken and flooded all over floor. Refrigerator broken and literally held together with tape. Bathroom lights broken, vents disgusting, spiders in the tubs, overwhelming smell. Management told us this is the standard cleaning and she would put in a maintenance request for some items . That was almost 2 weeks ago. Nothing done, nothing cleaned, not able to speak with property manager. $1,800 a month for a disgusting apartment with horrible service. Now we have to go through corporate office. Complete disaster. Look anywhere but here!"
