"307 is Anna's Heaven. We recently lost my father in Oct. 21' and with all of COVID my family was in a need of a vacation. The last 2 years my family experienced a lot of loss. So I booked Regency 307 thru BreakAway Vacation for April 17. When we arrived my mother said, " Oh my god! Its like heaven here! Your father would of loved this place.." And it was. The rooms were clean and so was the building. People were great! Everything about the room, facilities, building and Panama City was great! My 8 yr old daughter shared a room with my mother and they had their special nights together reading and playing games. We booked us a boat excursion and saw not 1 but over 20 dolphins!! Even a baby dolphin with its mother! We fell in love with Shell Island. We celebrated my mother birthday, 4/21, on the last night of our trip. She turned 85. That night my mother was already planning for next year trip. This trip was so needed and special. More so because my mother passed away less than a month later. She fell in love with Regency 307, the beach and Panama City. As we all did. We will be back to Anna's bit of Heaven! P.S. Sorry its been so long for my review its been a busy summer."

"We decided to rent a room at the Parrot’s Nest since we had stayed there before but unfortunately when we got the check in details, our reservation had been changed to a different location. We called the office to explain the issue & the gentleman requested that we go to the new property but if we don’t like it he will find us something else. When arriving the first issue was the 4 flights of stairs & with being 32 weeks pregnant, that was not going to be okay. Called the office & explained that issue then was told they cannot do anything other than move us to a house in Captiva & charge us double of what we already paid. I emailed the owner, Kim, & explained the situation again, received no response. Very unprofessional & disappointing."

"Stayed in the Sandpier, very lovely, quiet,well maintained, clean, easy access to everywhere. Good quality towels and plenty of extras. All the beach toys, wagons, chairs, bikes were an extra bonus in the garage to use! Beach walk was 3 minutes away and easy to navigate. Beds were comfortable. Everything was in good working order. Highly recommend!!"
