"This is one of the best community I have been in. Regina is absolutely amazing! She is so super kind and all my friends love the property’s atmosphere! Since I have moved here all my friends would love to here themselves. The office staff was so kind, helpful and very straight forward. The move in process was so smooth, I was amazed at how amazing everything was. Thank you everyone for all your assistance and kindness."
"The place is a dump. There is still stuff laying around from the hurricane which was months ago. The gate has maybe worked for a month out of the 3 years I lived here so it’s not gated in if that’s what you think. The dumpster is broken every other month for weeks on end so garbage is everywhere all the time. Way over priced and they will raise your rent around $600 every year and they do not put any money back into the place. I came home to the inside of my apartment flooded from them power washing. My dog drank the chemical water causing oral ulcers. Management said they would fix the front door… that was 3 weeks ago and still haven’t fixed anything. There are cars parked in all of the guest spots that haven’t moved in months."
"Haven’t been here a week but I just had to give a positive review of TGM Malibu Lakes. It’s proximity to everything is amazing. Our apartment is beautiful. Just about new everything. Everyone, and I do mean everyone has been kind, friendly and accommodating. Lord and Amanda as part of the leasing team are second to none. Professional, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond was very much appreciated. Today, Kaylee Gielow (sp) the manager of the property did our walk through with John, director of maintenance, Stuart and George. So attentive to my concerns, questions or comments. Professional but fun! Addressed my issues IMMEDIATELY and with genuine care and concern that we feel happy and safe in our new home. We are so pleased❤️High fives all around!"
