"I am about to live here for 3 years now due to the high rises in tent in Naples. I’ve had issues with the AC where it doesn’t cool enough as it used to. I’ve called multiple times and whenever they notify me that they will come in on a certain day and time, they never show up. I work overnight and so I need my sleep. If you say you’re going to fix something on that day, I expect you to show up. I’ve had issues with mold coming out of the AC vents and I was told its “normal and to clean it with bleach” instead of finding out the source ever since there was a flooding from the second floor. They never fixed our lights, there are chips in the bathroom and the patches are ridiculous on the walls they did from the tenants before me. One of the ladies that actually works with oasis is extremely rude and will run you over with her car as she lives in the complex too not giving a care to the test of the residents. If it weren’t for the high prices everywhere else, I would’ve moved and not renew my lease. Everything is so old and rusty and they do a terrible job covering up their messes for it. The company seriously owes all tenants a lot of makeovers in their apartments. They promise one thing but never do it."

"I have reached out to the office. I have gotten no results and must agree with Shan4ShanvinTripathy’s review. I have had to put in 3 workorders for the same problem. See actual pic of how appliances are left for tenants. Pest infestations are “ a process “ to clear up. Barking dogs, tenants who leave pet waste in yards even though bags and cans are provided. Tenants leave garbage outside doors, and do not follow rules or obey notices put out by office. The dumpster is always overloaded. Unfortunately I had to re-sign my lease here for another year due to higher housing costs. Complaints are rarely addressed and almost never solved. Toilets are constantly overflowing- I was told because pipes are old, don’t flush toilet paper! The vanity in the bathroom and the kitchen cabinets are extremely old and the particle board is swollen and falling apart- that is why roaches and pests move in. So if you have pests in the kitchen take out the food? My upstairs neighbors have been making extreme noise for the last two years and after many complaints, no result. I think the office personnel can only do as much as the property management company TE MILLER DEVELOPMENT located in Minnesota (?) will allow. TE Miller does not answer their phone and does not return communication from tenants about the property. This will be my third year living here. I’ve been told for the past two years that the irrigation would be fixed. The property is not irrigated at all. A stranger followed my daughter home to my door one night. The windows are paper thin. The property is so poorly lit the police couldn’t even find him. Most times the office isn’t even open because there are only two employees to run the office. TE Miller is the company that is responsible for keeping the apartments and facilities updated and in working order. Looking in to FL tenant law and reading your lease is recommended."
