"Home we rented was absolutely beautiful, immaculate and very well appointed. The staff at Rosen was beyond professional, accessible and accommodating. We had a fantastic month on Sanibel Island and would highly recommend Rosen!"
"This was advertised as an end condo on VRBO but it was a middle condo. The building was under renovation and resort basically closed, but it was great for us. Everyone was friendly and responsive. The AC is loud but cold! View from screened balcony allowed us to view osprey, cormorants, night herons, tricolor heron, and manatees. Decor was beautiful and simple. Comfy bed and couch with a Murphy bed available we didn’t use. Well supplied with kitchen gadgets and tools. Pristinely clean, lots of towels. Board games and a couple of novels to read. Very homey for a smaller space. Private beach and had large pool primarily to ourselves. We loved it."
"Bayside Villa 5110 was pretty clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen came equipped with everything we needed, however we did eat out alot to help support the local businesses. The beach was beautiful and only a 5min walk across the South Seas Resort. We watched dolphins and manatee in the marina right from our balcony. Bike rentals, stores, gift shop and Starbucks open and within walking distance."
"I feel fortunate to have found this gem. We stayed at the Pirates Cove unit at Palmview. Bungalow was affordable, clean and comfortable. Convenient to Sanibel shopping amenities, public beaches and abundant hiking trails at nearby natural areas. Free bikes, too! I will definitely plan to stay there again."
"Our rental on Captiva island is a dump, there were rats, mice and mold. We had to clean and fill the pool to use it. The pictures are inaccurate, they are about 10-15 years old. I highly recommend looking elsewhere"
