"The property manager is rude and unhelpful. Before I moved in they said they were going to replace the bathroom countertop. When I moved in the countertop was cracked and besides that it was shoddy work with drywall tape exposed. Recently, I tried to get in contact with the company who leases the laundry machines and she refused to help me. The apartment itself is fine but the people are useless"

"I have nothing but good things to say about my dealings with the front office. Carmela is an excellent manager who keeps our apartments and property in the best condition. and the rent is very reasonable."

"The apts are livable & quiet overall. Except the planes overhead and stray cats with fleas. Unfortunately the manager has some unresolved mental & entitlement issues. I should have known as she was gloating about evictions she has done. She's invasive and disrespectful. Very entitled. Didn't even respect me when i asked that she call first since I work from home. Now she says I'm not the Tenant who rented here 2 months ago. 2 days after they took my May rent, they served me a 7 day notice because she said shes never saw me before. Lol I've been looking for a new place since mid APRIL because I need Peace. I wish I listened to the reviews"

"I visited Shadowood about 2 weeks ago and very pleased that with the CoVid19 rules in place was given the utmost respect and will be moving into Shadowood as soon as my lease is up. The rates are much more reasonable than where I am renting from now. The manager Carmen was exceptional on the phone and in person. The other girl in the office was very helpful on the phone as well. (sorry don't remember her name - a Spanish name) I will say one thing, while I was there a tenant came to the office and when asked if he can either wait a few minutes or receive a call back couldn't believe the way the office staff was spoken to. This is what prompted my review. We are all going through anxious times but to curse, yell and just outright disrespect the people you are asking for help is nonsense. Just hope more tenants aren't like this. Kudos to the patience of the office staff. See you in a few months"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! It seems peachy in the beginning however, this place will sabotage your health, housing, and credit once it’s all said and done. They have complete disregard for anything beside money. Make sure you write everything down on you move in form, if not they will use it against you then charge you for ridiculous fees. Oh and say you only have 30 days to put or were reporting it to the credit bureau. Look for housing elsewhere is you can!"
