"My family of 6 stayed in the Myrtle home for 4 months during a transition. A great value and very close (5 min) to bridge to Bird, Lido And Longboat Keys. Convenient Walmart just 4 blocks away. Up and coming location. Near Jungle Gardens, mini golf, restaurants, and The Bay. Awesome experience for our family."
"Stayed for two months in Myrtle’s 4BR 4BA upstairs residence. The place was great - large bedrooms, spacious kitchen and dining room, and separate living room. Beds were comfy, and there are new kitchen appliances and washer and dryer. Kitchen could be better stocked with some cookware, but that’s not unusual for a vacation rental. The property has three places on it - one house with a 3BR downstairs and 4BR upstairs and a smaller separate house. There was plenty of parking even with three of our own cars and sometimes three or more cars of guests at other homes on the property. Noise never seemed to be an issue. It’s super easy to get to downtown Sarasota and Lido from the house, and nice being so close to a grocery store (walmart). Nadim and the rest of the Myrtle staff were very responsive, and when there were issues things around the house they were resolved within a day or two. Happy we found the place, and hope to stay again!"
