"We stayed in 105 for an entire week. While the condo was actually pretty great, there were quite a few issues with the grounds and management. Other reviews are correct in saying that construction goes on constantly during the day. The condo above us was being painted and the fumes seeped into our unit which caused issues for our little one for a few days. Upon bringing this to Sal’s attention, Sal stated “I’m not sure what you expect me to say, the condo doesn’t smell that bad to me.” The sink was clogged as well. Not a huge issue, but for as much money as we spent for a week, we wish our concerns could have been validated. Unfortunately, we felt like just another “tourist” and once we left, the room would flip and the next guest would endure the same nonsense we dealt with. There is only one pool on the grounds and it is 4ft-7ft. It’s not conducive to children and the one pool doesn’t support the capacity for the 3 buildings that are on the property. The front gate stayed open the entire time which we thought was odd considering it was supposed to be a gated community but it could have been broken, not sure. Like I said, the actual unit was great that we used, we just wish the construction didn’t cause us to inhale paint fumes for a long period of time and that Sal (the manager) was a little more compassionate towards the safety of his guests with regards to toxic paint fumes."

"Excellent location for a family vacation. Right across the street from a beautiful beach. Closer to the downtown but far enough away to not deal with the noise. An easy walk to get there or use the free shuttles that pick you up for tips. We are on the fifth floor with an excellent Lanai and a few of the beach. The only negative is all of the air-conditioning units were right above us on the roof and you can hear when they went on. Nice pool and small recreation area along with a gym. Security gates for driving and walking in as a bonus. Definitely would come back again"

"I've been staying here for years and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Siesta Key. The facilities are very clean, the pool is so relaxing. The staff is warm and friendly. Terri is the best at helping to find you the perfect condo for your needs. The beach is a very short distance and the trolley stops practically right in front of the place to take you into town. We went in October last year and it was the best time- good rates, less tourists, and gorgeous weather. White sand, turquoise water, lifeguards, and very safe. Love Siesta Key!"
