"Used to be a good place to live, but NOT anymore! Staff does NOT care AT ALL about us residents! They come and go as they please...they NEVER keep regular hours! The managers are rude and never listen to our complaints, esp. Kristin Meissner! She needs to be FIRED! She and Jennifer Smyth (the head mgr.) never do anything, at all! All of us residents would move, if we could, but we can't afford any places to live in Sarasota! And we're no longer getting good food from All Faiths Food Bank, on a regular basis! And there's a HUGE pile of tree debris by our apt. bldg. curb that's been sitting there for WEEKS! We need a NEW apt. bldg. staff!"
