"This property has went to HELL IN A HANDBAG since Keesha left :( PLEASSSEEEEEEEEE find her and bring her back that would be great! I can not WAIT until my lease is up there has been nothing but issues since she left, the office is never open and maintenance sucks!!!!!"

"Don't rent here!! The rent is too high for what you get. The buildings are old and not well maintained and cleaned. I've had water leak problems 5 times and had my bathroom ceiling replaced already. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors all hours of the night. They don't enforce the no smoking indoors policy at all. the water bill is almost two times more than people who have homes. Keisha (the manager) doesn't get back with you when you call and leave messages on the office voicemail. Like you're instructed to do. The office hours aren't good, unless you don't work or are off work you can't get ahold of them or go there. On top of that the manager is not professional and has a bad attitude that results in poor customer service. It's a cheap place to live compared to everywhere else right now. But the problem is they aren't worth half the rent they charge."

"Complex structure is terrible. every week, we have a problem. The oven eye suddenly caught a flame, the air just recently cut off and only cuts on when it wants when tweaked with. There’s sewage coming out of the sink and tub along with out the sewage pipes outside. The management laughs in your face each time there’s an issue. There isnt even a number for HR nor will management cough it up. This place is for the people that need recovery after something drastic happened in their life. Dont come here unless your desperate."

"Debating on renewing the lease (been here 3 years). In the beginning was some rough patches but nothing out of the ordinary. 2nd year was wonderful, great woman in the office (Leigh Ann)and maintenance (tony) was always on top of things (I also complained if not). Never had issues with noise, bugs, messy areas of the property. This past few months is a disaster- the new mgmt lost the respect and many long term tenants. I can’t leave items outside while cleaning, they knock on my door to throw out trash- WHILE I’m getting things together to bring to the dumpster! They have a superiority complex. I have mold that they told me to spray with Clorox. I’m told not to leave the door open while I mop or steam the floors (my choice to have fresh air!). This new management company is making this place go downhill fast."
