"Lived at Citria for over 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had the B1B floor plan which was just perfect. Best pool of any complex in Sarasota, great well equipped gym as well. Garages are a nice option here that we took advantage of, not a common amenity in similar communities. We met so many wonderful and friendly people here at Citria. Run by a very responsive, professional management staff. Matthew, Kyle and Mark could not have been more accommodating. Jorden and his maintenance team were terrific as well, always quick to respond to any service requests. We’re gonna miss being Citrians."

"My wife and myself visited Citria in Clementine Court twice and leased an Unit . I can not be more satisfied with the quality of the accommodation, facilities and particularly staff. Both Mark and Kyle have been super helpful, professional and cordial. Mark took time to show us the properties and went through all the necessary processes.
