"Applied, was told I was approved and I needed to give them the pet deposit. Gave them $300 for pet deposit, $100 admin fee then was called back the next day to be told something came up on my application and it’s still processing. Over a week later it gets denied. I ask for my pet deposit back. “Oh it will be mailed to you within 90 days.” So you take my money and cash it before even knowing if I’m approved? Completely unprofessional place. Would not recommend wasting your time. Found a nicer place and was approved same day after finding out I was denied here. Blessing in disguise."

"if i could give these apartments 0 stars I would . I came across these apartments while i was pregnant . At showing it looked great . I made sure to ask many questions and even asked if maintenance is on top of things I was assured issues are fixed in no later than 24 hours . During my first day I began seeing issues . First a roach in the bedroom & a dead roach in the closet . The back lanai screen was broken and the doors wouldn't shut . Than during my first week ac stopped working . They came to fix ac and assured me all other issues would be fixed . ac cooling AND heating still fail me till this day 3 Months later . lanai still not fixed . exterminator has yet to come and spray for roaches which was supposed to be included in the 940 a MONTH I pay for an old apartment where the doors dont even shut all the way . I call various of times to fix cooling air and heating because i still have a newborn . now theres a leak in my bedroom coming from underneath the carpet after research i believe its called a slab leak . Which is very dangerous because it causes mold . and after reading that i look beside the leak which keeps getting bigger and theres BLACK MOLD. are you kidding me I am writing this with wet socks & in a freezing house because they still havent fixed the heater and they have the nerve to leave a note on everyones door saying that we have to pay 25 if its not an emergency maintenance issue . emergency to them is "heating:only if temp in apt is less than 70 degrees" when paying almoat a grand for the shittiest apartment i would be ashamed to even ask"

"Rats in the walls. Trash everywhere on people's porches. Trashy neighbors and drug activity. I don't think it's management to blame. I think it's the dirty ppl living there. And the pool is a joke. Always filled with unsupervised kids that destroy the pool deck, ppl are incredibly rude about taking up all the tables and chairs just to put towels in. And the water is so dirty you can't see the bottom."

"yes this place is a mess. i lived there for like 4 yrs. the placed switched management companies like 4 times while i was there. Now the management company that has been running this place for about a year and 10 months is the worst of all the others before. They have been raising everyone's rent up to $1000. plus dollars a month for the tiny space you live in. also several of the apartments there have bedbugs. half the time the electricity outside and in laundry rooms is not working because its shut off due to them not paying the bill. the building is falling apart out side and half the roof is rotting. yes a few ceilings leak when it rains and has been like that for quite awhile.. your choice but they are charging you for a resort like place and your getting a ghetto to live in... just saying."

"This is the most HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, APARTMENTS. The woman in the leasing office is the worst of all. Her Customer Service skills are appalling I can not believe that the owner of the Ridge Manor Apartments would even allow this woman to work for them. On top of horrible Customer Service they refuse to provide their tenants with SANITARY living environments as well as refusing to fix anything. ABSOLUTELY HORENDOUS."
