"Been here since 2018. Maintenance is always readily available and he does a great job. Neighbors are pretty much chill. Pet friendly and they do pick up after them."
"If I could give 0or negative stars I WOULD! If you are a low income family DO NOT EVEN APPLY TO THIS PLACE! They advertised a unit that they said was available at the end of the week. I rushed to apply, paid all fees and submitted all documents. Plus the $350 holding fee. All for them to not process my info but instead someone else’s and approve them and let them move in. I thought the $350 was to hold the apartment, FOR ME?! Now it’s a battle getting my money back. I’m a single mother of two kids. And still have to find some place else to live. I was told I would be contracting regarding this but never have."
"Now that the leasing office management has been changed. It’s been a great outlook. Maintenance is absolutely wonderful. He always gets things done. Literally within a matter of days. If not, ours and his communication is great especially if he needs to order a part he will let you know what time it’ll come in or if it’s been delayed. The communication with maintenance is great. I’ve never had an issue."
