Join us for the 2024 ARIUM Presents: Sounds of Summer contest, where 60 talented contestants will compete for a chance to win one year of free rent!* Judging and voting will take place throughout the summer, with 4 finalists receiving coaching from celebrity mentors in Atlanta. The grand finale will take place at a special venue, where the winner will be crowned. Prizes include giveaways, trips, and more! The ultimate winner will also receive studio time with a Grammy-award-winning producer.

"I would just like to say that that apartment manager Cindy is One of the nicest ,,sweetest lady I've ever met!! shes a keeper and the apartment is awesome!!!"
"Terrible treatment, when one reports a problem in the home they never come and if they do they do so reluctantly. The apartment was on the first floor and was full of mold, the bathroom was always clogged, and there were endless cockroaches. The whole place is super disgusting and if you want to leave early because of these things they even treat you badly. I don't recommend it at all."
"Was great when I first rented a few years back. As of last year just not good at all. Management is very rude, especially Cindy. Trash company was missing days and not picking up trash, also leaving trash and picking other peoples trash up. All in all, just be weary when renting with this complex."
"Rude, negligent, flippant with other people’s money, and exasperatingly frustrating… Do better. Cindi knew the tenant didn’t have a roommate (signed up the second person as a co-signer) but input the information incorrectly (stating they were roommates). This caused the the tenant’s water bill to be too high. For 3 months the tenant told Cindi what was wrong with his water and for 3 months she was “too busy” to help him. When the co-signer and her husband stood in front of Cindi after 3 months of negligence she all of a sudden knew that “maybe she had signed them up as roommates”. This is ONLY after she refused to give a phone number for her manager."
"My new apartment that I’m living in is amazing and the management team that helped me get in are just as amazing! Cindi went above and beyond to help me with the paperwork and to get me in my apartment in the timeframe that I needed. Maintenance has already come and fixed some things in a profession and prompt manner. I am very happy and hope I can stay here as long as possible. Most Importantly, my cat is really happy and has her own balcony now. Thank you Cindi and Shane."
