"Do believe the 1 star reviews. Office staff rude, unhelpful and rarely available. They don’t answer the phone, don’t return emails. One time I went to Jessica and when I told her I would not have to disturb them if they returned calls, she just turned and walked away. I once had a non working refrigerator that took the, three days to change out! I finally had to go to the office to find out what was going on, and the staff staff started arguing about what they were planning to do. The units are overpriced. They also charge a $20 parking fee, a few dollars a month for a pest control fee (which you have to request), and $37 for an unreliable valet trash service. I lived there four years, and the management / ownership changes about every year. The staff is also constantly changing. The maintenance staff when they finally get to your job, are friendly and good. Stay away from this unprofessional complex, there are newer and nicer units out there, and that are cheaper. In the four years I lived there, it just declined. My nickname is Roman, I did live here… When I went to renew this year, I kept waiting for an offer. I never got anything. When I went in to the office finally after not receiving anything, I was lied to. I was told by Jessica the renewal had been sent three weeks before. I never got it, no one followed up. The reason most likely, was they wanted me out so the unit could be remodeled, and they could charge more. I had many good neighbors leave in the last year due to ridiculous price increases. Interesting how so many reviews left here for five stars suddenly show up after so many low ratings……"

"After living here for almost 3 years, I can say that I truly enjoyed my tenure at Tradition. From my neighbors to the cozy internal environment inside the complex, everything was excellent. Heck, even the maintenance crew, (Jon in particular) went above and beyond to make my stay as seamless as possible. I’ll say one thing about this place though: if you need anything done through the front office… good luck! They take frequent breaks, never return back by the hour posted on the door (had me waiting for a half hour multiple times just to talk to someone), and the phone number posted on google (which is supposed to be the front office’s #) doesn’t work half the time. I don’t even know how thats possible. Now, while this review might seem very critical to a select few, it is also a true recount of my experience at Tradition. If I were the owner of this establishment, I would give Jon and (forgive me for not remembering his name) but the other maintenance guy in the blue cart, a hefty raise, all while clearing out administration. They are by far the weakest link of the community and could be replaced by anyone who understands principles and who also put the accommodations of the guest before their own. Anytime I needed anything from them, I either was told no, or had to wait for an extended period of time, just to be told no. Just know that once you fill out the move in paperwork, you rarely have to speak to the front office. Everything else about Tradition was splendid and I will cherish 99% of the time I spent there."

"We love it here! We have been residents for five years and love the community and staff. We even rented the club house for our wedding recital it was magical. Such a perfect southern setting. We will never forget those beautiful memories made. Corey, Ashley and Jessica are all rock stars. Same goes with the maintenance team. Anything you need they make it happen. If you’re looking for a beautiful, quiet oasis with all the benefits of living in the city. Then tradition at palm aire is the place for you. If you’re thinking of moving here; we are only asking you come with a smile. The three pools are amazing and the gym is nice and updated. The trails along the lakes are great with tons of Florida wildlife to watch. You can also view it from your spacious lanai. We love you tradition. Beautiful memories that won’t be forgotten have been made here."

"Tradition at Palm Aire will always hold a special place in my heart. My husband and I have lived here for three years. The only reason we moved was because I got into a doctoral program. Even in our new condo, we find ourselves reminiscing about our times at Tradition. Our apartment looked over a little pond that brought beautiful wildlife and tranquility throughout the apartment. The neighbors are friendly, the apartment is spacious, and the staff is accommodating. They made moving out a breeze during a very stressful time. Thank you, Tradition at Palm Aire!"

"I really have enjoyed living here for almost 2 years now. They are very animal friendly too. I had a horrible wreck 6/30/2022 and the office staff was amazing from what I was told. I was in ICU for days and they were able to help my emergency contact get to my dogs. They also had flowers and a card waiting on me when I return back home. I have had plumping and AC issues but they have been fixed very quickly. These apartments aren’t brand new builds like most around Sarasota. They’re an older build which means during the hurricane we did not lose power or flood. Other complexes around the area of town did however. Strong built for sure! I’ve worked with Jessica and Cory and they’re great. The office throws random events for the community which is nice also."
