The ladies in the front office are always willing to help or answer any of my questions. The maintenance men always wave when I walk or drive by. They are very prompt and nice. "Stay away!! Outrageous prices. Very rude staff. Terrible facilities. We were in apartment 10205. Few months in and A/C burns up. Master toilet was going through the floor to the point it leaked to the apartment below us. Mold and roaches in abundance. Maintenance crews come in whenever they want, usually unannounced. Walked in on my girlfriend when she was working from home. They pinned and locked our dog in the laundry room. Couple months before moving out, apartment flooded due to a machine problem on 3rd floor. They didn’t even bother to call and no fans or dehumidifier until 2 weeks later. Guest bathroom toilet starts to go through the floor too. Office staff usually ignores you, even when standing at the office door knocking. Leave email after email and call after call and no response. When they do interact, they’re rude or shift responsibility. They were even rude to a flood/mold expert after we were told we could bring people in to assess the situation. I just wonder how soon they’ll try and delete this review, because they try and cheat their way through everything."
