"They've changed house management company at least 3 times. So, when there is any problem, they avoid responsibility and keep saying 'the previous management company is bad'. Good luck if you want to live here. Be sure you don't deposit any money to them. You will lose it"

"We just recently moved to Solle Apartments across from Ringling College. It's super convenient and has great fixtures in the apartment. Some of the downsides are from the construction of the complex, but management and the new owners are doing all they can to complete tasks and upgrade too-fast construction quirks. We've run into this at other brand-new apartment complexes. It takes time to resolve building issues. We understand. Our apartment was never lived in before, so some issues couldn't be known until we moved in and started using appliances. Cheryl Ford, the property manager, is fantastic! She is an angel. She goes above and beyond in all ways. She helps the residents in ways she doesn't need to. She absolutely cares about the people who live here. She helped us move in fast. We were approved quickly. Cheryl even rescheduled her calendar to accommodate our move-in dates. She really is the best manager we have ever worked with. Cheryl works tirelessly to make sure that everyone is comfortable and safe. We love her. Prices in Sarasota are high, but I can see why, you are 5-10 minutes from one of the best beaches in the world. Lido Key, a local favorite, is the white powder sand we all dream about. Call Cheryl. She will work hard for you. Cheryl really cares! Truly. Every place will have problems, even new places, but this team really tries to take care of things immediately! Everyone I've encountered is super professional and kind. Other tenants aren't as clean as I'd hoped, but management keeps up with the mess. The pool is so nice. Make sure you inspect your new apartment closely so that management can resolve any issues before you move in."
