"This is one of the best properties I’ve ever lived in! It’s so calm and peaceful, the townhouses are beautiful, the gym and the pools are amazing. Staff is incredibly helpful and understanding, Ms Winsome and Ms Aga are totally nice and professional even when I struggle and have a hard time with the rent they were able to support me!"
"Winsome is one of the worst people I have ever had to work with in any aspect of my life. We lived here for nearly 4 years and she is one of the worst things to happen there. They have a palmetto bug problem, they turn off water multiple times per month, never truly fix any issues (literally used duct tape on my fridge AND my AC to "fix" it), no one here picks up their dogs waste, pools closed at random times with no explanation, gym is always dirty, and they will raise your rent year over year 10% or more! I would highly recommend looking elsewhere."
