It was a pleasant experience since the first day we visited and toured the Community with Annie the Assistant Manager.She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, very kind and made the whole process very easy for us. Special thanks to Danielle and Madison were so kind and very helpful assisting with the process.This is an amazing living Community in a very desirable neighborhood with awesome amenities, stores and restaurants right around the corner.The grounds are immaculate,a gorgeous swimming pool, and a great Gym surrounded by a beautiful lake. The apartment itself is quite luxurious, very spacious and the high-quality finishes are beautiful that you can't even imagine.We feel very grateful to call The Crossing at Palm Aire home, and I can't say enough positive things about it!"

"I recently had the pleasure of touring and leasing at this complex, and I can't say enough about how fantastic the experience was, especially with our Leasing Agent Annie. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process a breeze. The complex itself is a true gem. The pool is not only beautifully maintained but also a perfect spot for relaxation on a hot summer day. The fitness center is well-equipped, clean, and has a great vibe, which is a big plus for anyone who values a good workout. "I didn’t think I’d ever be leaving a review like this for an apt complex after my previous experiences in the area, but I can’t say enough good things about The Crossing at Palm Aire. They have done nothing but exceed my expectations from the time I sent them my very first message on a Saturday night (which Natalia responded to so quickly that her response sat in my inbox until Sunday night because I wasn’t expecting to hear back until at least Mon!), and have continued to do so in the months following. At the time, I was going through some serious stuff and had been intensely apartment hunting for weeks (less seriously for months) without any luck. I had all but given up when I finally stumbled upon The Crossing, at which point I had about 3 days left to move, entirely on my own. I didn’t even reply to the response to my initial inquiry until Sun evening – and I needed to be out of my old place that Weds – so I assumed that I’d have to pay to keep the moving truck for at least a week, if not rent a storage unit, but … Natalia worked what I can only surmise was some form of witchcraft (if witchcraft = hard work and caring for others) and I was all set up for the dozen misc things that come w/a new apt, had a signed lease, and the keys to my new apartment, that Wednesday—less than 3 days later! The property itself is gorgeous: the pool, the apartments’ interior(the fixtures are seriously just amazing); the gym w/its 3 story high ceilings & walls made of windows that look out onto the pool, the game room, the movie theater… it’s really just stunning. There are nice amenities, it’s a good location, it’s clean and the neighbors are friendly. There are many new & nice complexes in the area, but it’s the management and staff here that set The Crossing apart from the others. I can’t imagine the maintenance managerat any of my old apts coming over with his furniture dolly at 9pm on his personal time to help me get some furniture and boxes into my apartment, but here, it is obvious that these are people who care about you (thanks, Sam!). I feel truly blessed to live here and can’t say enough good things about The Crossing at Palm Aire!"
