"Got my car towed while house sitting for my grandpa. No warnings on site and parking spots are marked with a faded "guest" sign. Damn near entrapment"

"They allow people with criminal records live here. I’ve been verbally & physically assaulted by my neighbor who has an extensive criminal record, with little response to the office. Cops are here in the complex very often 3-5 nights a week in the most recent months. A group of kids go around breaking fences, windows, cars etc. Also, due to the lack of visitor parking you’ll find several people parking at the bar down the lot. It’s ghetto. Update. You’ve been notified of the current issues and have had ample amount of time to find solutions. How about doing proper background checks."

"Went to the park village apartment location and was shown the property. My roommate and I had decided to rent the place. I went ahead and submitted my application with the fee. My roommate hadn't done his part. Right before he was about to submitt his half , an emergency come up and we had to pull out. Not even two days later, I informed leasing office by phone and was told that I wud be getting a refund of my application fee. II then a week later was sent and email stating that my refund wud be coming, only to be formed a few days after that that I wud not in fact get a refund and that reapplication fees are fully non refundable. So, people waisted one and a half hours of my time calling various agencies they told me to call only to be told that I'm not getting my 110.00 fee back. Just simply bad business. Why send emails and why give me numbers if u didn't plan to refund the money to begin with."

"I have been living at Park Village Apartments for the past few years and the experience has declined from mostly positive to frustrating. My lease includes a washer and dryer but I’m on my third machine and every single one has had an issue. Apparently it’s not an included amenity any longer so they are not replacing machines when something is wrong, just provide another broken one in hopes that it works. I finally spent money on my own machines and they can’t be bothered to remove their leaky machine timely. I’ve reported issues as things come up but I’m tired of empty apologies without any attempt to fix the issues. Also this year I’ve had my water shut off several times without warning. We have a messaging app but no notices were sent out. Each time I call the office, I’m met with excuses and empty apologies. Like this is how it is and just deal with it. People don’t pick up after their pets and I regularly find dog feces on the playground. The “nice” window frame outside my apartment has had foam pieces breaking off for years with no attempt to fix it up. I will be looking for a new place to live when my lease is up."

"I recently moved to Florida from California for my job and couldn’t have found a better place to live at. I am down the street from job in a secluded central location in Largo. After visiting over 10 different complexes I ended up at park village. Soon as I got to leasing office I was welcomed by Olga and Joel who are some the nicest people I’ve met so far since moving. They broke everything down to me in detail and gave me a nice tour of the model unit and I just had a feeling of home almost immediately. From the paperwork process to move in day they have been super helpful. The complex is clean and compared to the older reviews and talking to management there have been a lot of improvements over last couple of years: The pools are clean, fitness rooms spacious, pond is beautiful and list the goes on. The maintenance people are quick, responsive, and very thorough. Having assigned parking is a plus as well, overall I couldn’t ask for a better first time moving experience in a new state away on my own. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to rent in a nice location in Largo should come check out Park Village."
