Silver Palms

"THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!!! It might seem like a nice place to live at first... But once you live here for more than a year they treat you like you don't matter. Taylor has very bad communication skills and tells you they set up appointments and then the "appointments" she sets up never show up. My downstairs ceiling had a big bubble with water from the upstairs toilet maintenance came over drained it said they would be back and never came back to let me know anything and then my ceiling in the downstairs bathroom fell which has black mold. This happened twice I had to call code enforcement and then they wanted to get a move on it. Not to mention when they did finally put new toilets in they put the toilet where you couldn't even close the bathroom door downstairs. They surely don't check the air conditioning units that are inside your apartment either i got woke up at 3 am one night because there was a fire in the attic where the air conditioner is at. The heat never worked in my apartment after that. Cockroaches everywhere they sent Massey over which came into my house when I was not home and for some odd reason my grandmother's jewelry box was open when I came home.. and so I told them and then they switch to a pest control named McDonald pest control don't get me started on that dude he literally was throwing glasses in my cabinet around and breaking stuff. And then had the ordasity to stop pest control for like 3 months and tried to send pest control the same month we were moving out. So please if you rent a apartment from them please makes sure to ask every question you can think of."

"Many issues from cockroaches to plumbing, fire in attic, no heating, people fist fighting outside all hours of day, been 3 years and still waiting for 30 days of peace, not sure why I stayed so long but I guess you can hope for the best but never get it, we have photos and videos of every incident and my roof falling in for a week and my kids living with it, ridiculous management, fire department even said they need help, we have called the city and county and they are investigating, save your money and go somewhere else,"

"I have lived there 2 bedroom townhouse apartment from 2011 to 2016 back then Amy was the manager beautiful person. I can't believe that apartment was built in 1978 and they want $1,985 or maybe more. Windows Outdated the kitchen cabinets was falling apart the apt was full with rat running up in the attic fester with roaches unbelievable!!!!"

"We no longer have a maintenance man that takes care of our units. The maintenance team takes care of multiple properties. If you have a non emergency issue like garbage disposal not working etc, be prepared to wait a several weeks before its fixed. Silver Palms has old appliances and issues are bound to arise. It would be helpful to the residents to either replace the outdated appliances or hire more maintenance workers."
