"The maintenance guys are what make living here great. They are quick to take care of the requests and are super friendly and helpful. They keep the complex clean and address messy areas promptly. Thank you Angel, Hector, and Leon! The apartments are spacious and ours was very clean when we moved in. The few negatives: some neighbors are loud in the evenings with their music blasting from their car. And a lot of residents speed down the parking lot even with the speed bumps. The trash gets full really fast, possibly because its a small dumpster in comparison to how large the complex is. The pool and gym are kind of small but clean. I would recommend living here if you get the opportunity. The team is great."
"I stopped by yesterday to check out the place and I was greeted by Glendaliz Velez. She was very pleasant and answered all my questions. The other leasing consultant Lilly was nice too. The office looked attractive and I also noticed that there was no garbage build up by the dispenser and also the grounds were kept in order."
"Love, love these apartments. Its so quiet and clean. The office staff are wonderful. Had lots of fun in the pool party they worked for we the residents. The maintainance crew are very friendly and always responsible and on point. Been living here almost a year and love love love love it here."
