"Roaches and ants and the towels had hair in them and the bed was dirty. I was not there for four hours and I asked for a refund. Had a two day stay and slept in my truck for the first night. Place is a dump and should not be on booking. Have videos as well."

"Reminded me of when I went on vacation in the 1980's with my parents. Outdated rooms with a funky odor. The light over the sink didn't work and the tv had a bad connection with horrible Wi-Fi service, so bad it didn't work."

"We always stay here. We're more like VIPs. A ton is always available no matter what time we need to check in. The staff at the front desk is always helpful and courteous. When in town, we stay no where else. And the price is awesome as well. Looking for great accommodations at a great price? This is where to check-in. Hands down!"

"Last time I stayed there I paid 10 extra dollars for a bigger bed. We went to our room and when we pulled the blankets back there were about 8 little roaches crawling around the pillows. So we went downstairs to tell the man and he didn't believe us and actually followed us back to our room. When we all returned to the room there was only a couple bugs and he said....." I thought you said there were a bunch of bugs, I only see 3". He basically called us a liar and didn't see a problem with only a few bugs. He did give us another room that appeared Bug Free but refused to refund our 10 dollars after we ended up with a small bed. ***HIS OWN WORDS***. If you want your money back for the bed then you can just go find another hotel. Don't Ever stay there!!! The man lives with bugs and doesn't see a problem with bugs in the room and if you complain then he gets offended and will be rude and Nasty to you. Hands down the worst place I've ever stayed."

"Room was Ok on visual inspection, a bit dirty but on par with what I was expecting. Checked in at 4pm, turned on the air conditioner and left. Came back at midnight and the room was still hot. Called the front desk, Henry Pinto, presumably the owner, came up to inspect the unit, and would not give me a straight answer on whether the ac was malfunctioning (it definitely was). I asked if he could switch me to another room, but they were apparently sold out. I'm not positive but I believe this was false since we walked past several unoccupied rooms and it was nearly 1 am by this time. He offered to refund the rooms we were checked into, we had 2. It was explicitly stated that both rooms would be refunded. This seemed reasonable to me. Upon checkout he only refunded half the amount that was owed and then claimed that he only offered a 50% refund, which was false. I do not feel good about writing a bad review about a business and people I am barely familiar with, but I believe that this circumstance justifies this level of criticism. If you do stay here, avoid room 206."
