Hilton Garden Inn Apopka City Center

"This is hands down the best hotel in Apopka, and the best Hilton Garden Inn I have ever stayed in. I have been a very active Hilton Diamond Member for many years (the highest tier in their loyalty/rewards program), and throughout my travels around the country, I have stayed in more Hilton properties (and, more specifically, Hilton Garden properties,) than I can count. So, my wonderful experience and overall opinion of this newly opened hotel is definitely a high honor, in my book! I am very disappointed that Hilton decided to freeze my account after being gifted points by a friend. I worked very hard to stay loyal to this brand and it is a shame that they would punish members of their highest loyalty teir for accusations made years ago at a different property (someone used my account to check in at one of their hotels. I was not notified until immediately after the points were deposited into my account, 45,000 points, almost 16 months later). If it wasn't for that, I would highly recommend this, and all Hilton properties, as well as signing up for their loyalty/rewards program. The benefits are well worth it. Unfortunately, because of the horrible experience I have undergone as a result of their customer service team, I would highly suggest in booking through a third party (the Priceline VIP rewards program is excellent) and you will not run into any of the issues that Hilton presents their loyalty members with. Save your time, effort, and money. There are excellent rewards programs that will offer you just as many perks for staying at this, and all other properties."

"This hotel is Gorgeous!!! Its brand new, everthing is lovely. Great location to amenities and some you can walk too. Latricia Means the manager was very helpful!! I had no idea they served dinner and breakfast. My friend and I had dinner at the bar and the bartender even though I didnt get her name made us 2 marvelous old fashioned's!!! She does something a little different."

"They’re awesome, room front desk to the bar, they have back up dancers whenever it gets slow, they’ll so what music you want, they’ll sing with you, they’ll play micro uno, mini micro jenga, well …they make sure customers feel welcomed, that’s for sure, thank Val ( the bar manager) for the awesome ambiance. Shout out to James ( the bus boy) for his energy and awesome service to everyone…"

"We stayed here while buying an RV from a private party. This is the third time we had to stay in Apopka and just like the previous times we enjoyed our stay here very much. The front desk clerk, Dallas (named for the TV show) was very nice and helpful. Plus they have a bar in the lobby for drinks and a limited menu, and a great area to buy snacks next to the front desk that also has beer and wine. This is definitely the best place to stay in this town and if we find ourselves in the area again we will stay here again!"

"Lovely hotel conveniently located to the wedding venue next door. Wonderful hotel staff, lovely hotel décor throughout. Very comfy bedding. I took advantage of the full service restaurant for breakfast which was reasonably priced. The peacocks roaming the property were the most delightful."
