"Hello, I’m Suellen Luna , my family and I including our newborn daughter, moved to Point at East Shore about four months ago. Moving with a little one is always a challenge, but finding this community has been a breath of fresh air in our lives. Our journey from a condo in Metro West, Orlando, to here was driven by the desire for a better quality of life at an affordable price, and what we found exceeded our expectations. The beauty and functionality of this place captivated us from the start. The Club House and pool area, with their impeccable design and cleanliness, quickly became our favorite spots. It's not just about the aesthetics; the sense of community here is strong, bolstered by the outstanding maintenance team that ensures every corner of the condominium is always at its best. Their presence and approachability, often seen zipping around in their golf carts, make daily life here smooth and enjoyable. But what truly sets Point at East Shore apart is the management, especially our general manager, Jill. Her professionalism combined with a genuinely personal approach to each resident makes living here feel truly special. Jill is not just accessible; she's a pillar of support and guidance, always ready to help or offer advice, making a significant difference in our settling-in process. Her ability to manage the condominium with such care and efficiency while treating every resident and staff member with respect is remarkable.Our transition to this new home was seamless, welcomed into a clean, fully functional apartment that instantly felt like ours. The attention to detail, from the quality of appliances to the overall readiness of the space, was evident and much appreciated.As a new mother, the warmth and welcoming nature of this community have been incredibly comforting. Living at Point at East Shore has given us more than just a new home; it has provided us with a community that cares, a beautiful and safe environment for our daughter to grow up in, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing we are in good hands.We are grateful to have found such a wonderful place to call home and look forward to creating many happy memories here."

"Before leasing here, I toured various properties and this was the one that really stood out to me. From the moment we toured, I was set on this property and all the others after were just below average. From the amenities to the kind, leasing agent David, this property just set itself. I moved in in 2023. Throughout the summer of 2023 we experienced a few issues and with changes in staff felt that they weren’t being handled professionally or at all. When November time came and we had to decide if we were going to renew or not, we were pretty much leaning toward not renewing and moving somewhere else. Then God sent an angel named Jillian to be the new property manager. Jillian called me personally from her cell phone on her first day on property and addressed all of my issues immediately. If it wasn’t for Jillian’s help and other changes to staffing, we probably wouldn’t be here right now. Positive change started when Jillian got here and I know there are more wonderful things coming to this property. I couldn’t think of a better apartment complex to be living at. We live in a beautiful 2 bedroom unit overlooking the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The amenities are wonderful. And the staff are back to being kind, professional and handling any issues right away. We love having resident events and feeling like we are part of a community. I often recommend living here. My favorite part and added bonus is the beautiful view of Lake Apopka at sunset. 10/10 recommend. :)"

"I was in the process of moving out due to my lease ending, and then new management took over and had a Meet and Greet with the tenants. They spoke with us on the changes that will be implemented. "Aria " The Leasing Consultant really connected with us when speaking on the future here, and that alone convinced me to renew my lease. Cudos to her and the entire management team for being REAL people and addressing our concerns. Great Team. Maintenance Guys are amazing and very helpful. I'm glad I decided to Renew"

"My husband and I went today to get a tour for a two-bedroom apartment, Jillian was so understanding and funny, she made our stay in the office very enjoyable, she allowed us to see all the available models and the customer service and the beauty of the complex was so good that we decided to apply almost immediately. Jillian looked like a flash, serving many people at the same time providing them the best customer service, we are excited to know if we will get approved to start our new home here."
