"It’s so sad to see these negative reviews. I have been living here for 4 years and I can see improvements ever since Gloria the property manager has been here. She has been working very hard to make positive changes to this property. She may be tough and firm but that is what is needed in this place. Jennifer is very kind too but some things seem to have been overlooked by her and most times I go into the office, she is busy on her phone or her kids are hanging around the office. Anyway, thank you for the umbrella at the pool finally! Please stop with the negative comments when changes are being made for the better. Props to the property manager!"

"I have lived here for almost a year now and am planning on renewing my lease. Gloria and Jen (office manager and assistant manager) have always been kind and welcoming each and every time I stop by the leasing office or have questions from the day I stopped by for a tour. The apartments are nice - they look like the pictures on the website (no need to go into detail). Neighbors vary at any apartment complex but so far at Marden Ridge, I have never had issues with mine or any in the complex in general. Almost always, the service requests are dealt with same day (usually within a couple hours actually). The only ones that aren’t are if a part needs ordered for a dryer or something and it’s not a problem and it’s always communicated. We live on the top floor so we cannot speak to noise levels much but have been happy and comfortable making home here. Personally, I’ve lived in about five apartments across the country and this one is by far the best I’ve lived in as far as quality and especially staffing are concerned. There are a lot of apartments here and the fact that the office knows everyone by name and takes interest in them speaks to the level of care Marden Ridge gives. Thanks :)"
