"Summer House at Lake Apopka is a true gem. From the spectacular sunrises at dawn, to the captivating sunsets giving way to the pond and pool lights at night, this place truly matches the photos. The units are functional and have tasteful finishes. Don’t forget to hang in the pool or shoot some pool in the clubhouse. Quite frankly, what truly sets this place apart is the staff. Savannah, Kat and the maintenance staff make you feel special and welcome. They are attentive, kind and hardworking and they are true credit to NM residential. We could not have asked for a better experience."
"I toured here a few months ago debating on if I should continue living in Florida. I decided to go where my job took me in Georgia, however the leasing staff was phenomenal. Savannah was awesome to work with she gave me plenty of information about the property and even suggested food places nearby that were fantastic. The property is absolutely beautiful as well."
