"Very nice apartment, but the crime is a VERY big concern.where is security?… The apartments cost way to much for crime to be happening like that. I don’t like that. This is scary now.people aren’t getting what they pay for.This isn’t cool at all. You expect more from “ LUXURY “ apartments. Safety is a HUGE issue. I get it. Crime can happen anywhere.I get it. But this isn’t a good look when people working hard to live somewhere they THOUGHT is safer than some places."

"This place calls themselves a luxury apartment complex but can’t even have adequate safety features. People wait to run the exit gate all the time and call random people on the call box to try and get access. At the very least, they could install tire spikes. They allow very shady people to live here. There’s lots of random cars coming in and out and many residents have tried time and time again to bring attention to suspicious activity we’ve noticed to the office and they do absolutely nothing about it. There have been not one, but two drug related, targeted shootings on both sides of the complex that have claimed the lives of 3 people who lived here. All within the last month and a half. They conduct very poor background checks seeing as how they let several criminals and drug dealers live here that have brought said shootings to this complex and have severely endangered the lives of innocent people. It constantly reeks of marijuana no matter if you’re inside your apartment or out in the breezeway (I don’t have anything against smoking, I just don’t want to be smelling it all the time. Be considerate.) If you don’t live on the 3rd floor prepare to never know silence for the next year or however long you plan on staying here because the neighbors have 0 consideration for your quiet enjoyment of a place you’re paying over $2000 for. This place will continue to grow more and more violent and the office will never admit this to you and try to gaslight you if your try to bring it up to save face. Consider this your warning if you plan on applying to live here."

"I just signed my renewal and I absolutely love living here. The new manager Jennifer, has done a great job with bringing and making the community feel like a home. Gabino and Lindy have always been super kind and always ready to help me when in need. Maintenance team is great as well!"

"I have lived here for almost a year now and I absolutely love this community. The front office staff is always attentive and nice. They get back to you very quickly and are pretty much always available to answer any questions or address any issues. Thankfully I have only had to deal with maintenance on one or two occasions, but Ryan and the entire maintenance are super nice, knowledgeable, and take care of any issues right away. Today we had fire extinguisher inspections and the elderly gentleman who came to assist with that was super nice as well. Highly recommend this community!"
